TK1057 - Pectel/Cosworth MQ12 Battery Service

Service to replace the failed internal battery in a Pectel / Cosworth MQ12 / MQ12Di ECU.
Battery service using the original OEM battery type.
We have bench power-up looms for MQ12 and many of the Pectel / Cosworth range of ECU's.
We will perform the following service:
Power up unit and check current draw and comms with Caltool Software.
If the unit is 'Open Developer' (PEXT), we will save the MAP/Dataset for re-loading.
Strip unit, test old battery voltage and replace internal battery with OEM type battery.
Re-assemble unit and Re-test.
Base Logging config loaded and RTC (Date/Time) set.
Power cycled to ensure RTC has held logging config and time.
No further checks are carried out.

Case seals will be cut during this service.
If the ECU is developer locked, we will not be able to save your MAP/Dataset.
UNIT NEEDS TO BE IN A SERVICABLE CONDITION
